This building like all EUD projects was designed and constructed not only to reflect the company's mission statement but to reflect the innovative, cutting edge of the eventual inhabitants of the building – Elite Medical Specialist and Medical Services. Its sustainable features and innovative urban design make it an iconic building in the heart of Mandurah’s medical district.

This building does not just tick all the environmental and technical boxes, it also is socially responsible. Acknowledging the local traditional owners this building has been named The Wulung Building – which means healing in the local Noonygar dialect. The site also blessed and homage paid to traditional owners by the local elder.
